Classico Salami & Tomato Pasta Sauce With Sweet Fennel - Serves 2

Despite the richness of the salami, this pasta sauce is made fresher and more delicate by the finely sliced fresh fennel. The fennel brings a gentle sweetness to the sauce rather than a strong aniseed flavour.

The sauce is frozen and comes with a pot of fresh pangritata to sprinkle over the top just before serving, adding a deliciously crisp finish.
